Standard Return Policy

Products purchased directly from thespherificator.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all parts and original packaging intact.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@thespherificator.com to start your return and fill out the return application form.
  2. Ensure the item is placed in its original packaging along with the packing slip and all included parts.
  3. Reseal the packaging securely with shipping tape.
  4. If a return label is provided by us, affix it to the package. If you are arranging shipping independently, please ensure the package is properly labeled.
  5. Ship the package through the designated carrier or your preferred service.
  6. Once the returned item is in transit, we will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Please note, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thespherificator.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take the quality of our products seriously. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@thespherificator.com so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order, please provide the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Your order number and any relevant details

Missing Parts

If your product arrives with missing parts, please contact us right away. We will assist you promptly to ensure the missing parts are sent to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item by following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once the return is processed.

Certified Retailer Purchases

If you purchased your product through a certified retailer, please refer to the return policies of that retailer, as returns or exchanges will need to be handled through them.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
